So I asked owner if I can leave at1:00pm. Then she readily allowed me to it.

The location is incredibly convenient, situated very close to the airport and my friend's home. The room was spotless, and the host was exceptionally friendly. Overall, it was a great stay for me. I highly recommend it to all.

This is an excellent home for the 8 days the 5 of us stayed there. It was clean, comfortable and very spacious. Plenty of cooking facilities including and excellent oven (with air fryer built-in), grill, hob and microwave. There is a coffee machine and collection of pods to use in it. The fridge freezer is spacious.
The decor is lovely and overall the house is well presented. Exactly as it appears in the photos. The bed in the main bedroom is huge, as is the TV!
The location is quiet with parking around the back for one car. There are shops within walking distance, however to get to the train stations and larger supermarkets you really need a car. Port Credit station is about 20 mins away, with plenty parking. The train from there is 15 mins to Exhibition GO and another 5/10 mins Union Station. There are other stations nearer than Port Credit, but require line changes to get into Toronto centre,
Overall I would highly recommend this house and would stay there again.
