Everything! The location, price, how well equipped rooms and common areas were, very kind hosts and very accommodating. We had our anniversary during our stay and were greeted with little touch of sweet snacks and a beautiful decorated room.

The hotel is located at downtown, BC exchange, Queensway exchanges. Just walk 5 minutes to the lake which has many activities during summer.
There are many eateries and cafés opposites the hotel. Very convenient.
The staff are very helpful. She helped me to book taxi.
