The Wellness Centre was amazing. The hotel services were also perfect, and staff were accomodating and did door service for fetching ice and gave us water. The pleasantries of chocolate and macrons with a personal note were a very sweet touch. The BKS was an amazing experience. The room was beautiful bathtub and shower. Also bed was so comfortable. For a couple that isn't new to Halifax this felt like a newfound treat and will make you feel pampered and lovely. Thank you Muir.

Excellent city centre location. No parking or stopping area which was awkward for pick ups and drop offs. We had a studio apartment which was very well appointed, comfortable and nicely decorated. Also a good sized bathroom . The kitchen area was very well equipped. We looked onto Argyll Street which was quiet in February but probably noisy later in the year.check in was online and we had door codes for the front door and our apartment which worked well. The cleaning staff were very helpful, with fresh towels and sheets as needed. Laundry facilities available.

The location is perfect to explore Halifax - and there is a parking lot right behind the hotel which is reserved for hotel guests. If you have a normal sized car you should be fine. The staff is really nice and help you with everything. The hotel is also very clean, especially for an older house
