I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. The staff is extremely attentive, helpful, and always willing to assist, which made all the difference during my visit. The breakfast deserves special mention: varied, well-prepared, and with fresh products, providing a great start to the day. The combination of warm hospitality and quality service makes this hotel an excellent choice, and I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was GREAT! The room is lovely and super comfortable, the shower is amazing, and the breakfast was a great way to start the day. Specially the scrambled eggs! Also the staff was super nice, and the snacks at the reception were a total blessing. Will definitely stay there again if we go back to Sao Paulo.

We had an amazing experience with this host! Due to a mistake on our part, we originally booked a room for three adults instead of four adults and one child. The host contacted us promptly, was incredibly understanding, and went above and beyond to help us find a more suitable room within the same property at no extra cost.
The flat itself was perfect—clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a pleasant stay, and the host's kindness and professionalism made us feel truly welcome.

I've been sao Paulo a few times, and stay five hostels so far, here is the best one.
It's clean, organized, chill, beautiful area, they have air-conditioner in the room, which is not common.

Immaculate room, very clean down to the detail of a new sponge in the kitchen for our stay. VERY comfortable bed and great pressure in the shower. Location was great, very close to everything you need like shops, stadium, parks and train station. Self check in and automated door code made it very easy to arrive late.
