Location is great, close to restaurants & shopping. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast and Promenade Hour were wonderful! Would highly recommend staying here.

Apartment was very clean, had all the necessary amenities and enough to sleep 3 of us. The building had staff downstairs 24/7 who were always happy to help or talk to us when we went through the lobby. The apartments in a great area of Rio, 5 min walk to Ipanema and it’s next to plenty of places to eat and shop. In June 2025 min we paid around £270 each (3 of us) for 10 days, so the price for the area and the apartment itself was absolutely great. Overall it was a great place to stay while in Rio and we highly recommend it.

Property is perfectly located just few steps from the beach with everything you need within a short walk (Metro station, Supermarket, ATM, Restaurants, Bar etc) It is in a 24/7 guarded building where we felt safe and comfortable. Flat had everything we need for few days including a equipped kitchen and a clean bathroom. Contact was super easy and fast via WhatsApp and we could pick up the key at the security guard Thank you for hosting us :)

We liked that Paulo was on sight to meet us. He showed us around and introduced us to the doorman, even carried our bags. It is so much easier and reassuring when you can actually speak with someone. You can tell Paulo takes pride in his house.
