The hotel is cosy and is a good gateway if you seek relaxation. We stayed two nights, everything was perfect, special thank you to Kahina, Asma, Mena and Youssef, everyone one was professionnel anf knew what they are doing . Poeple working in the pool area were very helpfull and madevour stay very delightful. hotel manager was very professionnel and works hand to hand with his staff , excellent and thank you.

This hotel was an absolute delight for our family of four! Everything was brand new and sparkling clean, making for a truly comfortable and hygienic stay. The room was the perfect size, spacious enough for everyone to spread out without feeling cramped. Plus, the location couldn't have been better - right next to City Center mall. But the biggest bonus for us was the early check-in, and having the room ready early was a lifesaver! Overall, we couldn't be happier with our stay.

The location of the hotel is located in a great spot, surrounded by lots of cafes and within walking distance of Seef Mall. The room was really lovely, very clean and comfortable. We had a suite, so the room was fairly large, a good size for a family with 2 small children, (3 and 5). The staff were amazing - they had even drawn a Christmas tree on the mirror for the kids as we were there just before Christmas Day. That really made the stay for my children!

Great location, near by mall. Great place to stay if you visit for F1 weekend as they have bus service to the Circuit. Professional staff and service as well. Airport transfer is reasonable as well. 10BHD

Exceptional customer service from this Indian representative. She was polite and very caring. I've arrived from Canada after several weather delays and was extremely tired.
