The price-quality rate is brilliant. The rooms are very spacious, full of natural light due to low window sill, and very clean. The staff is very polite and attentive. We had some trouble with bank card payment, and they not only offered us free drinks (twice!), but patiently waited for more than 3 hours till we could resolve the issue without any further questions. And keep in mind that the breakfasts on the menu, even though are supposed to be for just one person, are more than enough for two (and are very delicious).

Everything was awesome! Received a free upgrade for a larger apartment. Seef Mall is in the same building where you can buy food, change money, buy some stuff - very convenient. Cleaning was daily and on a preferred time. Nice spa, very helpful staff.

Bro, they know me they know who I come with they remember my request super slay super cutesy. The receptionists to the bell boy. Like the whole staff is friendly n make me feel welcomed!!! The two girls who work in the reception are so sweet, and they take good care of me! My last stay I got upgraded to a suit which was so nice of them!
