The staff ,especially the late night concierge that was there on thursday, nov 17 early morning, went above and beyond to help me when my rental car wouldn't open. I was a bit nervous as a female solo traveller but i felt comfortable in the hotel and the room I was provided which was in a more secluded part of the hotel floor. The hotel is in a great location and I love that it has its own indoor parking that isn't shared. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants within a walking distance. The cleaning staff kept my room impeccable and constantly provided complimentary water bottles. Also the in-room appliances and closet space was great.

Just 5 minutes’ drive from Seef Business district, this 4-star hotel has modern, air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. It has 2 restaurants, swimming pool & gym.

I stayed in the junior suite which was huge! All facilities one might need were there, including a fully equipped kitchen. The room was spotlessy clean. Friendly staff and great location.

I love coming back to the Ritz in Bahrain. The service is great. The facility is so beautiful and you can do so much. Everyone at the hotel is welcoming and friendly. My 4 yo son was treated like a prince. Mr. Shetty made our check in and check out process very comfortable. Can’t wait to go back.

Breakfast was delicious, there were a lot of choices. Staff was very friendly. Wifi is fast and I always found car park there. They upgraded our room because the hotel was not full of guests. Very nice gesture, thanks for everything.
