The (new) hotel was modern, clean and comfortable and in an excellent location very close to Serdica metro and the city center. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. The room had a climate controller for the temperature. There was also a kettle.

I had an extraordinary stay at this hotel, but the thing that I particularly appreciated and didn't find at other hotels, in addition to the impeccable conditions offered by the chosen room, was the existence of a so-called pillow menu in the information about the hotel promoted on TV, which allowed us to choose additional pillows, according to our taste, from a rich offer.
