It was my first time visiting Sofia, so I just booked the first hotel I found on booking that was close to the centre. But when I got there, I was really surprised. The hotel exceeded all of my expectations. The hotel staff is very kind and was helpful with everything I needed, even with an early morning wake-up call to not miss my flight home. Whatever the wishes were, they fulfilled them all.
My room was in a perfect condition and very clean. It had a mini fridge, kettle for water, a complimentary bottle of water and mix of different teas. It also had a balcony and a mini safe for all my valuables.
The hotel is located in a quiet area away from heavy traffic of the centre of the city. So you can be assured that no one will disturb your good night of sleep:) Despite that, the walk to the main centre of the city takes only about 10 min, but if you don't wish to stroll around Sofia, there is a metro station really close by, or you can use the Tram, bus or taxi.
The breakfast is self-served and has plenty of choices for everyone. The reception at the hotel is also open 24/7 so you can always get help. And not to mention, the hotel bar is also always open for those wishing a late night drink :)
All in all, it was a perfect experience and I can only highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Sofia.

in case you book beforehand you can book a parking in a closed secure parking space (although it was a bit narrow, if you are not a good driver, might be better park in the street. there are also parking spaces in the street (but not sure how to pay that in case you don't have local number)

Wonderful and satisfying stay! It is rare to find such a nice place to stay with extra bed, the kitchen and sofa for my family at least some space to move about. Everything was awesome including the simple breakfast. It is child friendly as well. Definitely recommended.
