The (new) hotel was modern, clean and comfortable and in an excellent location very close to Serdica metro and the city center. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. The room had a climate controller for the temperature. There was also a kettle.

It was our second stay in the Hotel Via Serdika and everything was remarkable.
We were allowed to check in earlier without fee.
I'd like also to mention assistance to book the taxi to the airport.

as always - a great place to be - they have a new great breakfast room & the breakfast got even better - we booked it on a very short notice (as we initially wanted to stay in the Grand Hotel Sofie - but this is a Katastrophe)
