The location is perfect with easy access to the beach, the free sun loungers and parasols an added bonus. Many shops and restaurants a few minutes walk away. Quiet, private, modern, spotlessly clean, plentiful hot water, great shower, spacious, the view is amazing and a friendly welcome.

good location, friendly staff, quiet quarter, very helpful manager and receptionists, clean pool, some parking space is there (first come first served), the food was ok, very good ice. had a small issue with the room that was fixed by the very friendly manager within a few hours, apart from this zero issues during my stay

The room, facing the pool and the sea. The shady and breezy bar by the pool. Excellent food. Two parking lots on both sides of the hotel, with plenty of parking spots. Perla beach, which is about 4 km from the hotel, is worth visiting if you come by car. Wide, sandy, with shallow waters, surrounded by dunes and forests with no buildings in proximity, still very well maintained.

Absolutely everything perfect. From the more than excellent cleaning, to the attention and kindness of Nadya, the owner. There are all kinds of restaurants nearby. The main street is only 2 minutes away. The beaches are very close. Both my wife and my daughter and I have felt at home. Thanks again for everything. Without a doubt this will be our place for our return to Kiten.
