The room was impeccable, the bed extremely comfortable and the bathroom well equipped. The receptionists did an amazing job, were super helpful and answered lots of our questions about the stay and the city. The central location made it super easy to head down to the historic city center. The distance from the central train station was optimal too, that let us travel to other cities without any difficulties. The AC in the room and the complimentary water was much needed for the hot days of summer we encountered.

Fleur de Ville is a truly wonderful hotel that exceeded my expectations in every possible way. From the elegant interior and spotless cleanliness to the warm and welcoming staff, everything was perfect. The location is ideal, and every detail of my stay felt carefully thought out and beautifully executed. I truly felt like a valued guest, and I would return in a heartbeat. The best place to stay in Brussels. The hotel is 10 minutes walk from the city centre. The room and bathroom were very clean, the bed was very comfortable. Charlotte is a very sweet and helpful host, she prepared a book with restaurants and places for people like me who come without a programme :) I would definitely want to stay again next time I come to Brussels. I definitely recommend!
