I came 5 hours earlier then check-in.They were so helpful and sweet that they gave me a room right away. I also wanted to change my reservation from 9 days to 7 days. The hotel fixed the problem without having to pay fee

Excellent customer service by Zara and others. Their manager was very professional and friendly. The person who was dropping off the bags was very helpful and friendly. They always greet you with a smile. They even helped us to check in early because we were with a 10 months old infant.

I really appreciate how the staff took care of me as a guest. I felt like a real guest. They were very helpful and communicative. The location of the hotel is a big advantage because it is just a few steps from Nizami Street or the 28 May area, which is the main public transport hub in Baku.

We stayed at this hotel last week, and I must say — the location couldn’t have been better: very convenient, close to the city center, and everything was within walking distance. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious.
But what really stood out to me was the staff. The guy in the restaurant made my mornings so much brighter, and the reception team was unbelievably kind and polite. Thank you for this genuine Azerbaijani hospitality!
I only remembered one name — Elmira — but all the other reception staff were just as wonderful. Thank you so much! I truly recommend this hotel from the heart.
The only tiny thing I missed was having a mirror in the room.
