I loved their professionalism towards family guests, All of the staff was quit supportive and helping in all aspects,
SPECIALLY #Azer, he helped us to check in earlier then our booking time, helped us to shift our luggage, Airport shuttle arrangements, locations of nice hotels for family dinning.
I was therewith the kids, wgo are really naughty, but they dealt with us with great patience and treated them with kindness.
We really felt like, we are at home. No strange feelings at all.
( highly recommended hotel for families and even for couples).

Location excellent in the heart of Old City, but in quite corner. Superb breakfast and staff available 24hr (speaking English and Russian). Clean rooms and bathroom. Hotel Manager Vusal - very helpful and taking personal care of the guests and special request.
