The room was so beautiful and really clean. There was a stunning courtyard to sit out in and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was also fantastic, literally right beside a tram line that takes you into the city and a 20 min walk (or 5 minute bus) straight to the beach

We have arrived in the morning and they kept our bags safe until our room became available, then they placed our bags in the room so we didn't have to stop we could keep enjoying our day! Antonia, the lovely receptionist, was so lovely and careful with recommendations and guiding us to enjoy the most. Our room was great, like, above the average.

I stay there again, office man very helpful, very clean throughout, lots of eating places and shopping nearby, we had a roast at the Horse & Coach, delicious so would recommend that as well, less than a 10 minute walk away.

Our overall experience was amazing! We booked 15 days with them so that we can have someplace to stay while we are looking for a rental property. The location is top-notch, it is a stone away from Belmore Road where most of the shops are located and is very accessible via the light rail. The room was clean, staff are very welcoming and the property has shared laundry facilities (for a fee) and communal kitchen.
