All three exceeded my expectations. Staff super friendly and helpful. Grateful for early check-in, having arrived from eastern Canada, in transit > 39 hrs. Also appreciated welcoming email messages prior to arrival.

The hotel is very central, close to nice restaurants and shops, loved the area! We travelled from Europe with family and booked two rooms to celebrate NYE in Sydney. Unfortunately we arrived two days late due to flight cancelations but the hotel kindly agreed to move our 5 night bookings without any charge which was a relief. The front desk team was super friendly, smily and welcoming throughout our stay. We loved the breakfast and the general feel of the hotel. Our rooms were great, nicely appointed and decorated. On NYE we found a complimentary bottle of wine in our room which was a lovely surprise, thanks again. Also, special thanks to Sharon who was so accommodating and helpful. Sharon helped us on a few occasions and nothing was too much trouble, she's a great asset to the property. We'll be back!
