This hotel is located 10 mins walk from Parramatta station. Property is very big and rooms are very spacious. Beds are comfy and large . Bathroom is also big. Best hotel in this location. Travelling in sydney is good and best via trains. Taxis are very expensive. Parramatta wharf and restaurants are walkable nearby. Rest all was ok and excellent.

The room was in excellent condition, and I especially appreciated the layout with the bedroom separated from the living and kitchen areas. It was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. The addition of the cozy rug in the room was a thoughtful touch, keeping the Sydney chill at bay and making the stay even more enjoyable.

Holiday Inn Parramatta is within walking distance from Westfield Parramatta Shopping Centre, CommBank Stadium, Eat Street and the Parramatta Railway Station.

The location is incredibly convenient. Even though it's right by the street, the room remains pleasantly quiet. The front desk staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming.

Sasha (the host) is very kind, nice, generous, and helpful. The apartment is well equipped with all sorts of tableware, kitchenware, microwave, oven, stove, refrigrator, air conditioner, etc. The apartment is kept in a very clean and tidy condition. It is very close to public transportation and supermarket (coles). I definitely enjoyed my stay in her apartment.
