Special thanks to Daisy, Emi, and Amanda, who made many efforts to ensure my wife's comfort while traveling with a 1-year-old and a 5-year-old. There was also an older fellow in the restaurant who assisted each morning at breakfast. Thank you all so much, especially with all the requests and putting up with my phone calls. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, and no joke I had a nightmare one night it was my last night there and I wouldn’t get to sleep in it again. We also had a mistake through booking.com where two rooms were booked and the man kindly came to us to let us know and helped us cancel and request no fee and sorted then from there end to ensure we weren’t charged. They also have sweets in the lobby.

The customer service was exceptional. They gave us an early check in at no extra cost. The beds were really comfortable. The woman at the front desk was really friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool was awesome, with a great view.
