Especially the guy in the reception ,whose name was ANIL helped me to o get information absolutely about everything in the hotel and he responded my all needs(including extra tuxedo bag) although it wasnt his responsibility.
Because of that guy I got an excellent impression about the hotel and all other remaining personnel in the hotel.
I will absolutely choose this hotel again in mu next visit in October.

Everything, really! We are family of 4, traveling with two small children and we enjoyed the apartment sooo much! It was comfortable, clean, perfect location, and staff was amazing. They managed to get us the room way before the check-in slot, so kids could take a nap. Highly appreciated!

This is an exceptional hotel where the emphasis is on caring for their guests. Every contact we had with the team working at the hotel was outstanding. The room was exceptionally comfortable, clean to a T, and so well equipped. The location is exellent only a short walk to the harbour and the opera house.
One of our suitcases had been lost en route from Bordeaux and when it was traced the hotel staff tracked it at Sydney and ensured a timely delivery. Fantastic care and attention.
Our only regret is that we did not stay longer.
Do not hesitate to stay here you will love it.
