The best customer service we have experienced in a long time. Every staff member we encountered were so friendly and willing to assist with any request or enquiry, and we were greeted by everyone with a smile and genuine conversation. Plenty of parking space out the front of the hotel to check in and it was so easy to find parking in the on-site parking facilities. The room was very clean and provided us with ample amenities for our stay.

The property is right next to Burwood train station, which made getting around super convenient. The price was reasonable and the overall value for money was excellent. Everything in the unit was easy and straightforward. Good for anyone looking for a convenient and budget-friendly place to stay.

Just left Sydney and already miss this place! Honestly, this stay was the highlight of our trip. Felt less like a rental and more like staying at a friend's gorgeous apartment. Location-wise it was perfect. Quiet street but super close to everything. We walked to the train in 5 mins, grabbed amazing coffee at that little corner spot (can't remember the name but it's two blocks left!), and felt properly connected. Coming "home" to a peaceful balcony after a busy day was priceless. The space itself is even nicer than the photos. You can tell the host really cares about design – lots of light, plants, wood tones. It just feels good. The bed was SO comfortable

We loved the view from our bedroom and the comfort of the room. The food we ordered to the room arrived quickly and was delicious. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel because 60 AUD per person seemed too much to pay for breakfast. The location was great, close to the harbour and with lots of places to eat in.
