The roof top bar - Songbird was a lovely place to relax and unwind at the end of the day with a gin and tonic. Lovely setting with great views of the city. The location was perfect with easy access to the ferries and river tours and Elizabeth Quay. The rooms were large, clean and had everything you needed. My room had a stunning river view with a view of the Bell tower.

What great find this was , wish we were staying longer , clean modern and has everything you need and more .

All the facilities were in perfect condition, staff were friendly, helpful & accomodating and the rooms were in top condition & very comfortable. Everyone was super friendly, respectful and quiet during night hours. Convenient location just a short walk into Perth city. Can’t recommend this hostel enough, what an amazing experience, will be back!

Homely and neat place with very hospitable hosts, who went out of their way just to make my stay feel even more welcomed and comfortable. Such kindheartedness is rare and even though my stay was short, it will be remembered fondly. Do widzenia, Evelyn and Terry :)

Great aparthotel in excellent location. We stayed for multiple nights and had 2 studio apartments. One had a great view, the other one less so but both were excellent. Comfy beds, super functional apartments with all you can need. We used the laundry and were provided with clothes dryers by reception. Great gym and excellent that you can borrow a mountain bike to cycle the foreshore. Location is excellent near lots of restaurants and pubs and easy to get to CBD. Staff were super friendly and helpful and parking was fine.

Offering free Wi-Fi, a guest lounge and free parking, New York on King is 5 minutes' walk from Perth Arena and 15 minutes' drive from Scarborough Beach.
