This is a beautiful, fully furnished apartment, and the hosts put a lot of love and effort into every detail. After 24h I felt like this had been my place forever. Nothing is missing, everything is new, of good quality and spotlessly clean - it is simply the most beautiful, perfect place to stay in Melbourne. Fitzroy Street has lots of cafes and restaurants, the beach is near, the tram to the city stops in front of the house... it does not get any better than this! The hosts went above and beyond to fulfill all of my wishes, they are such nice and lovely people! In 4 months of travelling this is by far the best place I stayed in.

The little details. It is a very lovely place with so many things to say. It feels like a luxury stay away from home in a small, affordable apartment.

We stayed at the apartment in St Kilda for three nights and enjoyed it very much. The hosts are very friendly. Everything is very well maintained and clean. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. The air fryer and good coffee machine were a bonus. We arrived via car and had no problem finding a parking spot right in front of the house. Although the road out front is quite busy the apartment is quite. Lots of nice Cafes and restaurants are only a short walk away in St Kilda or Balaclava. Overall great experience and can definitely recommend!

Absolutely stunningly designed property with a luxurious feel. Stayed with some girlfriends for the night and everyone was wowed by how beautiful it was. Spacious and clean, in a great location. Parking was also very easy. Karen the host was incredibly lovely, fast with responses and accommodated an early check-in for us.

Located in the heart of St Kilda, just a few minutes' walk from the beach, a range of restaurants and shops. Tram stops are located at the door step, so you can conveniently get to and from the CBD.

It was our first time staying at a hostel and summer house is the best one we could have picked. The private room is spacious and the bed is super comfortable. The toilets were very clean and new. The staff were all extremely nice and everyone else that we met were all welcoming. The bar downstairs serves a great pint and its very easy to get into the city from the hostel by tram. The kitchen, although a bit small, was cozy and well cleaned every day. We could borrow an iron and hair dryer from the reception which was really helpful. There is a very cozy TV room and the staff was really helpful and accommodating to us. They definitely made our first hostel experience an extremely pleasant one. Kudos to the team at summer house!

Location, bed was very comfortable, bathroom facilities and shower very good. Being so close to an Aldi meant we could use the excellent kitchen facilities and having an oven was a bonus. Very quiet and lovely to sit out on the balcony to eat.
