Very secure with clean common areas including garbage shoot room. Spacious lifts with excellent parking 🅿️ space. Apartment is very spacious with high ceilings including lots of cupboard space. Laundry equipment tucked away neatly. Excellent location with easy access Trams. Surrounded by excellent F&B’s grocers and a 10 minute stroll to the esplanade and Acland St.

Location was fantastic. Close to Acland st, Botanical gardens and the National Theatre where we went to a show. Only 5 min walk to each.
The bed was clean and comfortable. Water was hot.
Cookies were yum haha.
Delphi was a great host….very helpful and fast replying to our queries.
Small quaint and quirky studio. Just perfect.
Was going to put the point of no tv in the category of dislikes….but we soon realised that this was a blessing in disguise, it was good to just relax with some music.

Really good location with everything right at hand to make it a comfortable stay. Staff where incredibly helpful too, being able to message them whenever via the portal was ideal and they always replied quickly and with all the needed info!

The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated/renovated, the owners also left the air conditioner on before we arrived so it was nice and cool when got there which was nice particularly because we arrived on a warm day.
Located in the heart of St Kilda, just a few minutes' walk from the beach, a range of restaurants and shops. Tram stops are located at the door step, so you can conveniently get to and from the CBD.
