We appreciate every aspect of our stay in this hotel. The location was absolutely the best for us - central, yet very quiet and well surrounded. The room- nice, clean, spacious and comfortable; the girl at the reception read our mind about our needs for the room features. Great gym, spa& swimming pool. Excellent breakfast and very nice staff at the breakfast room- they take into account your preferences when choosing the table for breakfast, which is very nice and not so common. And last but not the least, a real gem of this hotel- Nigel, the concierge, an absolutely right person on a right place; so welcoming, so friendly, so committed to taking care of guests- he made our stay in Melbourne and it was absolutely amazing ! One of our best hotel experiences ever !

Everything you could think of was there. Perhaps a box of tissue but that was nothing really. Even a pair of scissors. Nice linen and very comfy beds in both rooms. Heaps of room in the bedrooms.

I love everything about the property. The furnishing is new & elegant looking. The room is just so comfortable that I feel like staying in all day. The staff, especially Elena has been extremely helpful. She allowed early check in & let me leave my luggage there in between my short trips so I don’t need to keep moving with my huge & heavy luggage. She has been very accommodating & quick in her response. Location is good too! I choose to take hot air balloon ride the next day, which requires me to be at Pullman Melbourne on the Park at 3.35am. Quest East is just about 5 mins walk away, & certainly priced quite reasonably. I’ll certainly come back again if I’m back to Melbourne in future.

Gorgeous lil old character apartment that was cosy, clean and comfortable providing all we required. Located centrally within close distance to everything on a lovely quiet street. Communication with the owner was prompt and concise. Will definitely stay again.

Great sized unit in a very convenient location for what I was looking at doing during my stay in Melbourne. The place was clean, tidy and furnished enough for what I needed. The neighbourhood was really nice and lots of parks and gardens close by. I also have to make a shout out to the staff who were amazing in helping me after I had a mishap with my room key (entirely my fault) - they were so quick and empathetic to assist.
