Excellent self service system supported by excellent information and staff when required. Small details like milk in the fridge, welcome package of crackers and cheese and some drinks made us feel really welcome. The house itself and the room we had was also beautiful and homely. We recommend it to everyone and we would come back here would we ever go back to Tasmania.

Check in was quick and efficient. Room was ready upon arrival.
Room was clean and tidy. I am glad I went for the more unique stay in this restore Victorian mansion than in a standard hotel-gives the guest a taste for the beautiful architecture can be found within the city. Views from the window were great, overlooked the river and the city center.
