Spacious, comfortable, clean apartment in a fantastic location across from the beach & close to shops & restaurants. Tried to extend our stay but, unsurprisingly, it was booked out on the following days.

Lisa was at reception on my arrival and had also received my phonecall the day before (when I was asking if she could please ensure we had 2 single beds, as I was travelling with a friend). Due to the type of room I’d booked, she couldn’t arrange for two beds so instead she had upgraded us to an apartment that could. We were very grateful that she’d gone to the trouble and we both had a fantastic stay at your hotel. It’s always nice when staff go above and beyond to find a way. Thank you

We had the unit that had the beach views and it was gorgeous. The bed was so comfy , the decor was so cool and it was so lovely and clean . We loved the record player & selection of records and the neon light. The communication we received prior to checking in was personal & informative. The info sheet was honest - it said it could get noisy so earplugs were supplied (we didn’t find it noisy) and to let the hot water run for a while ! The room was lovely & spacious

Fantastic apartments, new, modern, nicely furnished. Close to the airport, Beach and cafes. Kudos to the cleaners on their attention to detail - it is the cleanest holiday apartment I’ve stayed in, I didn’t see any dust, the cushions “plumped”, even the kitchen utensils were all perfectly lined up, I’ll definitely be back here to stay.

Had a great stay at Surf Shack @Rainbow Bay. The hosts were really kind to allow us an early check-in and the place was very clean and had nice amenities including some toys and books for the kids to read. The place is a very short walk to rainbow bay beach and the enclosed car park space was great to have as well. Would love to stay here again in the future.

In the Coolangatta district of Coolangatta, close to Greenmount Beach, Bayview Apartments Rainbow Bay features a garden and a washing machine.

Apartment 11A was divine! Views for days! Really helped with picking a surf session. Great for families with the 2 bedrooms, lots of space. Kitchen had all utensils and facilities. Pool was clean and welcoming and safe. Staff were super friendly, and made us feel like we were at home.
