The staff were very welcoming and the room we checked into was both comfortable and spotlessly clean. We sincerely appreciated being allowed an early check-in because it gave us more time to spend the morning and afternoon doing some last-minute shopping.

The hotel is very amazing, I really liked the room, it is very clean and large and we stayed in a suite, the breakfast was spectacular, I loved it, I would return to that place thousands of times.

Love the outlook over the river, right next to train station so incredibly convenient to the airport. Had two very pleasant walks along the riverfront. Tons of cafes & restaurants nearby. Room was better than the new Sofitel in Bangkok. Large room, comfy beds, big bathroom, room for bags. Felt really luxurious. Roof top bar & restaurant was fantastic. Breakfast was delicious. Loved it. Definitely staying there again whenever in Brisbane.

I loved Jephson! I stayed here for 5 days and would happily have stayed more. The staff were absolutely lovely, so friendly and helpful. Toowong is actually a great option, about 15-20 minutes on the bus or train to the centre or about half an hour on the ferry. Toowong village shopping centre is 5 minutes walk and has loads of infrastructure, there's a street full of good Asian restaurants and coffee shops between the station/bus stop and the hotel and KatsuCo next to the hotel is excellent. It's worth taking the public transport to take advantage of the significantly better price.

Helen remembered my husband and I from our previous stay 2 years before. Great conversations and very welcoming. The Kingsley has been renovated, new restaurant , bar and coffee machine. We had dinner there , we were impressed with our meal. The location is central to all airport parking and a short walk to city cat . Walk along the boardwalk is a recommendation. Congratulations.
