Very good oocation and a very efficient room. I had a balcony and the view was excellent. Also breakfast was amazing and a wonderful view when eating. Good location to old town and trainstation.Staff was very helpful. One excellent thing with the room was the possibillity tpo charge equipment at the bed and at the working desk.

Facilities, room was large and beautifully decorated. We were given welcome gifts of chocolate and wafer cookies. We were traveling with a baby and were gifted toiletries for baby and a very comfortable and clean crib was waiting for us in the room. Breakfast facilities had a very varied and delicious breakfast buffet and staff were kind and serviceable. Location was perfect, walking distance from most attractions and shopping district.

Excellent hotel. It is located just a stone’s throw from St. Stephen’s Cathedral. Extremely polite and friendly staff. Very rich breakfast. Our room was very beautiful and spacious, and they also provided a baby cot for our 2.5-year-old child. They arranged our transfer from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to Westbahnhof. The only things that could be added to the amenities are disposable slippers and a smart TV with access to YouTube and Netflix. Of course, in any case, this hotel will be among our top choices when we visit Vienna again (very soon).
