It's close to being the perfect hotel. Location is frankly perfect, a few minutes from the very centre and from the Hofburg Palace. Staff are truly wonderful and very welcoming. Much of the in room mini bar is included in the price, including 4 bottles of wine a day. Yes, you read that correctly! They actively encourage you to bring the wine to the restaurant or terrace at the front. How wonderfully civilised. Bathrooms are large and well equipped, and everything is spotlessly clean. It is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.

The hotell is located approximately three minutes from the nearest subway station (Rathaus), in a quiet street. The rooms are very nice, with a huge bed, refrigerator and a Nespresso coffee-maker. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. It was not an overload of selections, but the food had high quality with wonderful ham, cheeses, olives, yoghurt, granola, fruit, croissantes and other freshly baked goods and freshly squeezed juices and more. They also had a breakfast ala carte menu with four different selections of eggs. We also loved the staff. Everyone were so nice and professional, and you could tell that they enjoyed working together. We will definitely be back!
