The staff at reception was very friendly.
The apartment was big enough for 5 of us, very near to city center and tram/train station.
Supermarket only few hundred meters by foot.
The house is not cold at all. Its actually an old building but cozy enough to stay for one night.
They provide luggage storage before check in which is very helpful.
