The staff at reception was very friendly.
The apartment was big enough for 5 of us, very near to city center and tram/train station.
Supermarket only few hundred meters by foot.
The house is not cold at all. Its actually an old building but cozy enough to stay for one night.
They provide luggage storage before check in which is very helpful.

A fantastic hotel!
-The location is great, right next to lots of sights, not more than 20min walk.
-The room was very clean and comfortable.
-The staff were super nice and helpful when needed.
-The breakfast was great, with lots of different foods and all with great quality.
Overall I would definitely go back there if traveling to Vienna.
Also they have all sorts of gifts for the kids, which is very thoughtful.
