I don't usually leave reviews but this Hotel really deserves it!! Adequate room: warm and soundproofed; comfortable bed; spacious shower. Very kind staff! On my boyfriend's birthday they brought chocolate muffins and a bottle of wine (without having asked for it). Wonderfull!! Exceptional location: metro and tram very close! On foot you can reach St. Stephen's Cathedral in a few minutes. I love everything about Vienna and this Hotel made everything perfect! Thank you!

Our room had a terrific view of the cathedral on Stefanplatz.Excellent size room with extremely comfortable beds.Reception staff excceptionally friendly and helpful.The receptionist who helped me with printing boarding passes was even more patient than Job from the Bible.

The level of service we exceptional - at the level of luxury hotels. Everyone - from the front desk staff, to the valets, and the service at the restaurant, were very professional, friendly and everything you asked them was done impeccably. This was our fist time staying here and I was pleasantly surprised. We saw that the reviews are good but the hotel exceeded out expectations. We look forward to coming back!

A very sophisticated hotel, a traditional feel of Vienna. Extremely clean , quiet and brilliant soundproof bedrooms. A very comfortable bed and pillows. Spacious room which is a priority and a bright bathroom. Heating was perfect and lots of hot water . Everything you require to have pleasant stay was provided . And must not forget how considerate the staff were , ready to assist in any way possible , and so friendly & pleasant to talk to. Also the hotel is located in the best of the best areas, additionally conveniently located to the transportation and all the restaurants , cafeterias and shops . Sights in walking distance and pleasant to be among the locals . Most people spoke English which is a plus .
