I am so grateful for the service .We are a couple celebrating 45 wedding anniversary and we was surprised with the bottle of wine ,fresh fruits and chocolate in our room.Thank you for making our stay unforgettable. The hotel is located in the center of everything, you can go by feet or use the metro 3 or 4 lines. The room is nice and the balcony with view of Vienna is fantastic. Special thanks to the cleaning lady of the room 322.

Location is very good. Close to Musikverein. the city center and a metro station. The room was clean and comfortable with amenities, electric kettle and a big bath tub. The breakfast was also great. Reception staff was very kind and friendly. The price was very reasonable for the quality and the location. I would definitely like to stay at this hotel when I visit Vienna again.

Beautiful everything, every corner, every detail, i felt like a princess in a fairytail! The staff was great, very nice and friendly people, from reception staff who spoke a lot of languages and made us feel extremly welcomed to the restaurant staff who took care everything to be perfect!! Breakfast was delicious and had everything and more than enough variety!! Room soooo clean, bed lenjerie a dream!! And very near to zentrum!! Thank you for making it memorable to me and my niece!! Wonderful beds, superb pillows and duvets! The room was so beautiful and elegant and didn't feel like staying in a hotel. Loved the restaurant, the breakfast was really extraordinary, not the usual continental breakfast, it was much better, felt like sitting right in the heart of Vienna's coffee house culture. The best location you can wish for if you want to stay in the centre. There's also a covered parking right next to it.

Rooms were large and quite comfortable. Well appointed. Breakfast was reasonably priced ~ 16.50 Euros and well stocked with hot and cold options as well as food made to order. Location was superb right in the heart of old town with restaurants stores and underground within a short walk. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. small glitch....elevator wasn't working one evening but was functional by the next morning
