The apartment was perfect. Bright, spacious, and very clean. The heating and hot water worked perfectly. The location is ideal: within a 5-minute walk, you can easily reach both the train station (where trains to and from the airport arrive and depart) and the U3 Zipperstraße metro station, which provides quick and easy access to the city center.

We had a great experience and the apartment helped us to fulfill our travel experience in Vienna. I would recommend that place to everyone especially those who arrive with a car since it has a parking place. Easy to arrive, near the S-bahn train station, near the supermarket and it was in general very comfortable and clean. Easy to enter and go out and we did not notice anything to complain or to be concerned about.

We liked everything. Radio in the bathroom is cool. Slanted ceiling with windows, just like at parents home, lots of natural light. Cozy, warm and welcoming.

We had a great stay at this apartment in Vienna! It was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed for daily living — including a washing machine, dishwasher, iron, and a coffee maker. The apartment had a cozy atmosphere and made us feel at home. The location was very convenient, close to public transportation, shops, and restaurants, yet it was quiet and peaceful. The host was kind and responsive, and communication was smooth from start to finish. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Vienna. Highly recommended!

Perfect stay! Martin is the best host I've ever met. Our check-in time wasn't until 3:00 pm, but we were arriving much earlier at 7:00 am. Since we were traveling with kids, Martin kindly let us check in early at 7 am at no extra charge. He even waited for us with an umbrella on a rainy day to shield us from the downpour. In a word, Martin is a super caring and kind host. The apartment itself was incredibly authentic. It felt like a cozy and comfortable Austrian home, not modern but steeped in genuine Austrian culture. The location was fantastic – the tram station was right outside the door, the metro station was a comfortable 5-minute walk away, and there were Lidle and Billa supermarkets just 4 minutes away. I highly recommend this place!

The apartment is very big, comfortable, clean, full of utilities, very nice and cozy. Probably the best apartment for price I have ever been to. Owner was really nice and welcoming as well. Definitely would reccomend.

The room is similar to the photos and is super clean and modern. Everything is equipped in the unit, towels, toiletries, hairdryer, standing aircon, coffee machine, kitchen utilities, etc. Location is right in front of Zippererstrasse metro, very accessible. Highly recommended! I had a very pleasant stay in the unit.
