Really good location, short walk to many sights but also a tramstop right around the corner. Apartment was just like in the pictures, warm, bright and beautiful. In the kitchen coffee machine + coffee was a nice surprise as well as salt and pepper. Knives were all sharp!

The staff was exemplary professional, kind and helpful, we really enjoyed the scent every time we entered the hotel and our room, entire hotel was lovely decorated with clear sense for details and composition. Windows exceptionally supressed all noise from the main street, the sound system was amazing and I enjoyed the Nespresso coffee maker. Overall we truly enjoyed our stay and had an elevated experience that always creates smiles on our faces every time we think about it. Thank you!

The staff of The Amaruis hotel is outstanding. Thanks to the staff, they made the hotel a warm home. For motherday gift me and my mom visited Vienna. First, I preferred to a very classic old hotel such as Imperial. And I'm so happy I did not book a room at the Imperial! My mom and I enjoyed the hotel. The room, amazing!!! The door of the room (love it), the bed SOO GOOOD!!! The Spa, oh that was so relaxing. The breakfast was very tasteful. And I loved how thoughtful the staff is. My mom loves to eat cream cheese in the morning; however, the cream cheese was not on the menu. But they made it available for my mom. And every time we came for breakfast, the staff knew: she wanted her cream cheese! The staff at the breakfast and at the Bristo are very nice people. And the staff at the front door, so helpful! And the staff at the desk, so thinkful and the staff for cleaning the rooms, so lovely! The staff made this hotel great! And I will come back with my boyfriend in November!
