Staff were very personable, polite, friendly and accommodating. Room was lovely. Location was excellent with respect to getting around the city on foot. The concierges were extremely helpful and made reservations for trains, dining experiences, and concerts very easily and efficiently. Food was delicious - breakfast is included and there is a buffet as well as ordering something from the menu without additional cost. Property and room were extremely clean- staff work very hard to ensure this (as well as being accommodating). There is a lovely veranda to sit in. Not in a busy or noisy area. Able to walk to museum quarter, main shopping area and cafes. The hotel offered free coffee (including cappuccinos) all day. Champagne bar was out of this world. An excellent experience!

We were treated better than a 5* hotel we love to travel and many a time we chose different type of lodging in fact, this was our 1st time in a hostel which didn't feel as such as we had a double with private bathroom. The staff are very attentive to detail we just said that we were not used to the type of cold weather and they went above and beyond to make our room warmer. They kept checking with us if the room was warm enough for us (in Malta it was 16° there it was -4,-5 etc). An option to include brkfast wasn't available but they left freshfruit everyday in the living room for everyone to have what they like and how much we like, tea and coffee without limit free everyday and free water as well. When you go in certain high end hotel you're just another tourist in here we felt very much welcomed and home. The premises are spotless very clean everywhere you look. Public Transport stops are near by just 2 mins away. We plan to go back in summer to see Vienna in summer and will book here again without any hesitation. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. 5* for the service and 5* for comfortness and cleanliness. Well done Vienna Boutique premium hostel you will see us again!

It is a wonderful delight to stay at the hotel. Location, room decor, restaurant (it called Salon:) were all excellent. Convenient parking at the center of Vienna for 18 Euro and 24/7 access The staff is more than nice; they really care about you and your experience. When we asked for a restaurant recommendation for dinner, the gentleman at reception called and reserved a table for us. We were looking for an Austrian cousin, and his suggestion was brilliant. Thank you very much.

We are really happy that we chose this apartment for our stay in Vienna. Communication with the Host's team was fluent, fast and they were really helpful and flexible. Apartment itself had everything that we (a couple with a toddler) needed for comfortable stay and even more. It was clean, modern looking and had comfortable furniture. Wifi was reliable, all amenities that we needed to use were in a great condition. Location also was perfect for us. If in a mood for a walk on a nice day, it is in a walkable distance to the city centre and many attractions. But that is totally optional, since just outside the apartment building there are many public transport stops with convenient routes. So reaching more distant locations or getting back was always fast, comfortable and trouble-free. We highly recommend this apartment for families or couples.

Very comfortable and spacious apartment, nicely decorated. Perfect location close to Westbahnhof for exploring the city. Very comfortable beds, quiet location. Excellent communication with owner with very detailed description of the check-in process and apartment location within the building.
