What an incredible hotel! I felt like a character in a movie staying here. The interior design was gorgeous, beautiful room, great bar, good breakfast, very comfy bed. This hotel is a gift that keeps giving, so many thought out touches and charming surprises. I also love that they offer a later check out time than most hotels, and you can choose to have breakfast in the lovely lounge or in your room. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, with no request being too much. I will be coming back to Vienna just to return to the world inside this hotel.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean. Everyday cleaning is really a good thing. Comfortable beds. Also there was no any noise, a really quiet place. Very good placement. The breakfast was ok.
