Staff was lovely and helpful. After we returned in a room ,I was pleasantly surprised to find a lovely birthday card with a complementary desserts and fruit. It was very sweet and thoughtful. It was also cool to have a vinyl player in the room. Also location of the hotel was amazing!

The location of the hotel is excellent and very centric. The room that we had was excellent and basically blew us away. It was beyond what we expected. We liked that there were different kinds of pillows so we could choose, and the bed was really comfy. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. We had breakfast included and it was also great. It’s a buffet style with a nice variation. One of the things that we liked the most was the ambiance. It was peaceful and quiet, with classical music playing in the background. The ambiance of the hotel itself is very very nice as well. Every floor has a different theme and they’ve taken care of every detail.

I loved the place. First, the stuff were exceptionally nice and helpful; second, the atmosphere, the design, interiors, the wonderful breakfast and all service were above any expectations... And third, the place lies in a very sympathetic location, the entertainments of which we also enjoyed very much – and thanks to the amazing check-in and check-out time, as well as the hours when breakfast is available, we didn't need to stress about anything.
