Facilities, room was large and beautifully decorated. We were given welcome gifts of chocolate and wafer cookies. We were traveling with a baby and were gifted toiletries for baby and a very comfortable and clean crib was waiting for us in the room. Breakfast facilities had a very varied and delicious breakfast buffet and staff were kind and serviceable. Location was perfect, walking distance from most attractions and shopping district.

The location is perfect. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast seemed to be slighly "poor", but after putting something on the plate - a la carte menu was provided. Hotel doesn't have the restaurant, but there is a big choice of restaurants nearby.

Excellent hotel. It is located just a stone’s throw from St. Stephen’s Cathedral. Extremely polite and friendly staff. Very rich breakfast. Our room was very beautiful and spacious, and they also provided a baby cot for our 2.5-year-old child. They arranged our transfer from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to Westbahnhof. The only things that could be added to the amenities are disposable slippers and a smart TV with access to YouTube and Netflix. Of course, in any case, this hotel will be among our top choices when we visit Vienna again (very soon).

The appartement building is like living in the Vienna at the turn of the century. We loved the ambiance, the silence despite being in the middle of the center. Comfortable, cosy. Location: several of the best museums at walking distance. Great restaurants. Breakfast at nearby coffeehouses. Bear in mind: it is not a hotel with hotel amenities. It is like having a home in the city.

The staff was exemplary professional, kind and helpful, we really enjoyed the scent every time we entered the hotel and our room, entire hotel was lovely decorated with clear sense for details and composition. Windows exceptionally supressed all noise from the main street, the sound system was amazing and I enjoyed the Nespresso coffee maker. Overall we truly enjoyed our stay and had an elevated experience that always creates smiles on our faces every time we think about it. Thank you!
