I am so grateful for the service .We are a couple celebrating 45 wedding anniversary and we was surprised with the bottle of wine ,fresh fruits and chocolate in our room.Thank you for making our stay unforgettable. The hotel is located in the center of everything, you can go by feet or use the metro 3 or 4 lines. The room is nice and the balcony with view of Vienna is fantastic. Wonderful beds, superb pillows and duvets! The room was so beautiful and elegant and didn't feel like staying in a hotel. Loved the restaurant, the breakfast was really extraordinary, not the usual continental breakfast, it was much better, felt like sitting right in the heart of Vienna's coffee house culture. The best location you can wish for if you want to stay in the centre. There's also a covered parking right next to it.

Rooms were large and quite comfortable. Well appointed. Breakfast was reasonably priced ~ 16.50 Euros and well stocked with hot and cold options as well as food made to order. Location was superb right in the heart of old town with restaurants stores and underground within a short walk. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. small glitch....elevator wasn't working one evening but was functional by the next morning
