First, the location was perfect, I walked everywhere that I wanted to visit. It was also cosy, clean and comfortable hotel. The staff was polite and friendly. Even in the early hours of the morning, they made me coffee and it made me so happy. The breakfast really good. There were variety of cheese, omlet, snack and fruit. Also coffee and cake time in the afternoon was priceless. I would recommend this hotel to eveyone who visits Vienna.

Huge double bed room ( apatments ), very good organized with a bath tub , very very hot so we need to turn off the radiators in order to sleep well. But the ones who love hot rooms will enjoy it. Lot of closets and drawers.

We had the most wonderful stay at Hollmann Beletage with my mom and sister! From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed – the staff was absolutely fantastic, warm, and attentive in a way that you rarely experience. The atmosphere of the hotel is cozy and intimate, yet it’s right in the heart of Vienna – the perfect combination of central location and peaceful charm.
And the breakfast… phenomenal! Every detail was thought through, and we enjoyed every bite. It’s been a long time since we’ve encountered such kind and genuinely lovely people.
When we return to Vienna, there’s no doubt – we’ll be staying here again. Thank you for making our trip so special!

It was perfect. Comfortable beds, kitchenette with everything you may need, a bathtub, TV, sitting area. The building us breathtaking, and they harvest honey from the rooftop! The staff is kind and accommodated. We asked for extra duvet/comforters, and they helped happily

All was excelent, indeed hotel is well managed, quality fittings and good design. Despite Ring position it ise very quite inside which we found amazing. Only problem was invoice as administrator did not send invoice to us for a week long period....multiple calls were needed. This is minor remark. We would recommend this hotel and we will definitely repeat our visit. Good work!
