It's close to being the perfect hotel. Location is frankly perfect, a few minutes from the very centre and from the Hofburg Palace. Staff are truly wonderful and very welcoming. Much of the in room mini bar is included in the price, including 4 bottles of wine a day. Yes, you read that correctly! They actively encourage you to bring the wine to the restaurant or terrace at the front. How wonderfully civilised. Bathrooms are large and well equipped, and everything is spotlessly clean. It is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.

I don't know if I was particularly lucky, but I had a very large room, with enough armchairs, chairs and tables, and everything really at ****+. Nothing was really missing, and the kitchen facilities were more than complete. Cleanliness and comfort at the top. Really good breakfast and very generous hours. The best thing about the location is being able to easily walk there from CAT and being 4 minutes away from Stephenplatz. I will definitely come back, and maybe it will be the first time this has happened in 12 visits to Vienna :-)

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Friendly and helpful staff. Amazing breakfast. Included was indoor swimming pool open until late evening. My room was upgraded to a multi-floor suite. Parking on site with valet service. Wi-fi stable and streaming services available on the room TV.
