We had a warm welcome, a beautiful room and lovely hosts. It really felt like nothing would be too much trouble. Breakfast was a lovely mix,something for everybody.

The Rosenvilla is located in the exclusive residential district of Aigen, south of the Kapuzinerberg Mountain and just a 10- to 15-minute walk from the Old Town of Salzburg.

Neat and clean room. Bus stop in 70m, bus 7 takes you to old town, wher you can cover most of the salzburg's main attractions by walking. Tasty breakfast. Excellent service from Christopher, Anya,Junior and all other staff.

Everything was just perfect. The rooms, the location, the facilities. It felt extremely comfortable and very hospitable also. The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. We really felt bad for not being able to stay longer. We would recommend the hotel in a heartbeat. Absolutely wonderful stay.

The location is perfect if you want to visit towns around Salzburg, or cross to Germany. The room was big enough for two persons and comfy. The view to the mountain is very nice and there’s a nice river nearby where you can take a walk. The restaurant is located across the street with good breakfast and delicious dinners.

Everything was perfect, we had a comfortable studio, the stuff was friendly. The interior design of the hotel is really tasteful that and so cozy, there is a nice corner for the small kids aswell. But best thing as already other comments said is definitely breakfast. It was amazing, the best one ever, so many choices! And we were in lots of hotels already..the last month like 20 on our music tour in Asia. We will definitely be back!

The hotel was great our family room was massive, very comfortable and clean with amazing views of the mountains. The staff were so friendly and helpful on the front desk, in the restaurant and at the bar. The spa and pool facilities were great and the kids loved the pool and so nice that it is still warm when outside in the cold.
