From where to start!This hotel and the stuff made our first trip to Austria absolutely amazing!Everyone was more than polite and extremely helpful towards us from the very first moment!First of all the hotel is in THE PERFECT LOCATION.Just a few minutes near the centre by feet and even if u don't want to walk you can take the bus which passes every five to ten minutes right across the hotel.It is also 10' far from the airport which is very helpful !The room was very comfortable and the cleaning stuff took care of it every morning.We had the Bed and Breakfast package for the week and I just need to say that it was the best option.Big breakfast for all the needs and flavors.Fresh bread,Salzburger delights and a lot of other options.We stayed full for the whole day with this breakfast and not to mention the amazing lady who took care of the buffet Mrs.Samira.We are definitely coming back to see her and we are sending her lots of love.The manager of the hotel Mr.Bernhard was so welcoming, he gave us the map of the city and gave us directions to every single thing that we could do in Salzburg and also some gifts to take back Home at the end of our holidays.Mrs.Marija also was so sweet and helpful with the questions we had.I can really write so many things about how good our experience in Hotel Astoria was.We really look forward to see you again next year. I liked absolutely everything. The room was spacious enough, it was clean and the hotel staff was very kind and nice. The stay was very comfortable and pleasant. There is a bus station directly in front of the hotel and this makes it very easy to reach the city centre. Would recommend 10/10 and definitely would love to return. Exceeded my expectations.

Awesome WhatsApp chatbot, first time I met really smart solution, that answered 90% of questions (except parking :).
