Lovely quiet location on the edge Salzburg, just a 15min/24 euro taxi from the airport. Modern clean bedroom and excellent bathroom ( shower only). Very good continental breakfast. Used as a one night stay, after a late flight arrival, and heading off by train to the Alps the following morning by train.

Everything was great. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool. The breakfast was excellent, the room spacious and fully equipped. The late check-out was really convenient. Safe parking just outside the hotel was also great.

After staying in hostels, this hotel felt like pure luxury! We had a huge suite with a king sized bedroom separated from the living area (double sofa bed), both with TVs. There was a good sized balcony off the living area with a close up view of the mountain and the cable car. Everything was spotlessly clean and well maintained throughout the hotel. Breakfast was excellent with a very good selection of hot and cold food. The staff were all helpful and polite, and spoke very good English (although they were also very patient with my attempts at German!). The bus stops right out the back of the hotel, which takes you directly to the city and train station, as well as the zoo, Schloss Hellbrunn and various shops and restaurants in the intermediate towns.
