We had such a peaceful slumber during our stay — I didn’t even hear my alarm, a true sign of how restful and comfortable this lovely home was. The host was incredibly thoughtful. They sent us messages in our native language, which truly touched our hearts. The self check-in and check-out were seamless and very convenient. The place was exceptionally well-equipped: prosecco waiting for us, a coffee machine, kettle, and a kitchen with everything we could possibly need. It didn’t feel like a rental — it felt like a warm, welcoming home away from our home. We loved every moment here and genuinely wished we could have stayed longer. If we ever return, this will be our first choice without hesitation.

We liked that it was spacious. It looked quite new to us. The lady at the receprion was very nice. We were very comfortable. We liked the beds and sheets. There are 2 grocery stores just next to it.

Comfortable room with all I needed for my short business trip. Close to public transport (tram stop). Breakfest was ok. From warm dishes there were only boiled eggs. Nice restaurant for dinner in the hotel.

We stayed here for one night on our way back from holiday in Italy. An amazing place with its own unique atmosphere. Absolute silence, comfortable room in the old family residence surrounded by a beautiful garden. And a wonderful breakfast :) Special thanks to Biljana for her service and hospitality. Oftentimes one will see apartments like this one advertised, that don't actually end up meeting the expectations. This was NOT the case with SCHICK und LUFTIG. The eye to detail is incredible, you can really tell that the operators put in the effort and truly want to offer a great place that feels like home. It comes equipped with pretty much everything that you need and it is absolutely SPOTLESS. Very nice interior design and furnishing adds to the homely feeling and the numerous balconies are an incredible addition. Should we ever be back in Linz in a similar constellation , this will 100 % be booked again.

This apartment is really very beautiful. Great location in the city. Architecture and design really appreciate the great work of the architects. Wonderful. I'd really like to live in an apartment like that. Beautifully light and unfortunately I couldn't enjoy the apartment more.

Everything was great. Very clean and friendly host. The apartment has everything you need: clean towels, fresh bed linen, dishes, dishwasher, microwave, children's toys and much more. Large balcony with sun loungers, windows with roller blinds. Everything is perfect, thank you!
