Beautiful and comfortable room, very polite and friendly staff. My arrival at the hotel was at 21:20, and although restaurant kitchen was closed, they offered to make me a nice dinner when I asked them. Thank you for a wonderfull stay and the delicious schnitzel

Host and staff very accommodating and helpful. As we had a child with a wheelchair they kindly advised and booked restaurant for dinner. Beautiful artwork. Shame we only spent a night as a night journey stop, will definitely stay longer and explore area next opportunity.

I have stayed in many hotels and apartments but this hotel in a medieval building is the best. Great renovation and design. The view of the cathedral is stunning. Location is the best I think.

Very good hotel. The parking is free. Friendly personal. The location is also good - you could walk 20 min to the centre or use a free city ticket (they give it on reception)- it will take 5 min by bus. The bus station is near the hotel. The restaurant and bar are also good.

The accommodation was excellent. The rooms are beautifully designed and clean, the staff very helpful, and the hotel is located in a great area—close to the city center and public transport stops. We had a beautiful view from the window, and we really appreciated the welcome drink. We will definitely return to this hotel.

The room was small but very comfortable, the ceiling has tiny lights like the stars far away when the lights are off completely. The sauna was perfect after a skiing day. The restaurant/bar has very good service and food. Will definitely come back to this hotel whenever I am back on Innsbruck again.

Location to all attractions a short walk away also public transport also close by, staff, facilities perfect. Everything you need just a short walk away. The beds and pillows so very comfortable. A massive plus was Billy's bar right next door. There is even a fresh milk dispensing machine about 100m away.
