wonderful large rooms in an interesting cluster of renovated older buildings by the Mur riverbank in the center of Graz. Great contemporary art in the corridors and a cool cafe for breakfast and afternoon snacks. Very clean premises and upscale design furniture in the room as well as nice bathroom products. Great quality linen and towels. I received a room upgrade as a Genius member. I appreciated the extra amenities, all great. Staff are professional and helpful, especially the lady on the day I checked out.

Everything was just perfect. The host is using a user-friendly and super-easy app, which offers some extra services, e. g. welcome drink, check-in is therefore very comfortable.
