10 minutes’ walk to the city center. Beautifully renovated apartment, very clean. Big contrast compared to the neighborhood, but it feels safe. Great shower, no issues with hot water. Several people complained about not having a microwave, but there actually is one :) The user manual is in the kitchen cabinet… it works perfectly. Parking is indeed easy — since we arrived on the weekend, there were plenty of spaces. Upon entry, nothing is needed, the barrier opens automatically, and when leaving, the key to the building entrance opens it.

The accommodation is in an excellent location, with the square just a 10-15 minute leisurely walk away. Nearby, you have shops, bakeries, and restaurants. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. I would book it again.

We had an amazing stay at this accommodation in Graz, Austria! The place is incredibly comfortable and relaxing, with modern and high-quality equipment that made us feel right at home.
